I looked at two apartments today, and as it worked out, I could totally live in both of them.

Tons of cabinet space in the kitchen (for Chef Boyardee)
Hardwood floors
1st floor, corner unit
Decent sized bathroom
Fenced in area for Riley to play off-leash
