hey, i’m right here!

I had no idea it’s been almost a week since I made an actual real post. I’d say I’m sorry, but the thing is, I’m not.

I don’t use the internet at working during the day, I’m sure I could, but I’m too busy trying to learn a whole new career path, and it just happens to be a whole new career path that I think was really meant for me. So, you know, I’m concentrating on this career thing for a minute or two. It’s kinda cool!

And the there’s some other things:

• My parents are in town until Tuesday morning. Tomorrow, I think we’re hitting Como Zoo and, if I can talk my parents into it, we’re taking the train from close to their hotel into downtown Minneapolis. I want to show off my work and my city, dammit!
• My apartment looks like a trainwreck. I’ve been meaning to clean it. I really have. But I haven’t. And now I have 564,119 loads of laundry to do. Riley doesn’t do a great job keeping up on the chores while I’m at work. I’d put him on the naughty bench if I had one.
• I’m no longer on the big pimpin’ market. Yes, you read it right here first. Or perhaps via Twitter. There’s this thing called a relationship I’d heard awesome things about, and guess what? Completely awesome. I’m so giddy and my friends say I’m twitterpated. I think am, too.
• Camping over Memorial Day weekend with most of the usual suspects, plus the aforementioned relationshipee. I know that’s not a word, but I don’t care. It’s almost 5 in the morning so give me a break.
