Awesome: In the last few days, I’ve purchased two plane tickets (one to St. Louis in July and one to Fort Lauderdale next January) and started working on reservations for Awesome Cruise: 2008. When/if I ever lose this job I have now, I’m gonna be one sad, sad kid.
Not awesome: I’ve had tooth pain bad enough to keep me awake at night and reduce me to tears the past two days. I just called four different dentists, and they were all closed for the weekend. The receptionist at the 4th location told me I should take better care of my teeth after I told her how long it’d been since I was last at the dentist. Hey, thanks a lot, Cranky Pants, because that’s going to make my tooth feel better.
