there’s no reason for me not to move to vegas (pt 3)

(I started writing, but this got way too long, so here’s the summary of Sunday in Vegas.)

I think I managed to sleep until 9 Sunday morning. It was still before everyone else, so I headed down to blow so more money before we had to check out of our magical castle hotel. I won back five times my money [picture] I played that morning before we checked out. Keeping in mind I only played $25, I wasn’t exactly rolling in the dough.

After checkout, we headed to the Aladdin for all-you-can-eat brunch. Once again, the food was phenomenal, even if we couldn’t really eat as much as we thought we would. Minutes before we slipped into food coma number two, we walked through the shopping area at Aladdin and then split up. Jenni, Matt, and Jumi went window shopping at the Forum Shoppes at Caesar’s Palace and underwear shopping at the Playboy store. Bill, Katie, and I walked down the strip on our way to the Wynn. Once again, we grabbed two cabs back to Excalibur where our third and final limo would pick us up and take us to the airport. While we were all exhausted, we were all sad to go. [picture]

We landed in Minneapolis on a runway that was covered in snow. The plane used quite a bit of the runway, but hey, we got home safe and that’s all that matters. When we got inside, Cindi was there to welcome us back to the 612 [picture].

It was the first time I’d taken a vacation with a group of friends before and I know it certainly won’t be the last. It was an unbelievably awesome time, and I know everyone had a blast.

Vegas? Recommended for everyone, yo.
