		<description>In my bathroom in my old apartment, the water in the tub was running HOT from the faucet and COLD from the shower.  To this day we do not know how that happened.  I can tell you it did not feel good on my roommate's feet when she tried to take a shower!  Her poor feet were scalded!</description>
