frothy.

It’s been over a month since I moved into my swanky new apartment. i’ve only been grocery shopping once. I spent about $25 at the grocery store on peanut butter, two kinds of jelly, bread, tortillas, and shredded cheese. Oh, and butter. I think it’s probably high time to take a real trip to the grocery store this weekend.

A few years ago, my aunt gave me a cookbook where all the recipes only took four ingredients. I used once to make Kool-Aid pie, and it was damn good. Since then, the cookbook has found its way onto the shelf. I should dig that back out and see what I can come up with to, you know, have for dinner.

I was looking online for healthy (and easy) breakfast ideas, because I skip breakfast every day and we all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I found one involving eggs and some vegetables. I was excited until the recipe said the eggs needed to be “beaten until frothy”. While there are a few people that I would like to beat until they are frothy, just because it sounds cool, I don’t really know what frothy eggs should look like.

Clearly, after my Steam Locomotive class is over, I should look for a nice cooking class. Then, not only could I drive the train, but also work in the dining car. Of a steam locomotive.

Make breakfast burritos. No recipe necessary, and no froth.
